Our studio is packed with action during PA day camps. Both inside the studio and in outside in the garden, children work on small and large scale projects such as models, installation, and performances. Each camp also gives all children an opportunity to spend time outdoors playing games.

THE GREAT ESCAPE

Using images, stories and music about forest and forest creatures and forest getaways children will design their own escape which will materialize in a performance featuring paintings, drawings, models, sculptures, installations and original stories from the best escape of all-children’s imagination.

Camps at My Artlab include lots of physical activity. Children should wear paint frinedly comfortable clothing and have two snacks and a lunch.

FRIENDLY GIANT

Hula hoops are the starting point for large cale puppets of giants. Children use string, fabric, paper, cardboard, paint and other interesting materials.

P.A. Day camps include lots of physical activity in our garden. Children should wear paint-friendly and comfortable clothing, and bring two snacks and a lunch.

EXPRESS YOURSELF

Children familiarize themselves with artwork expressionist artists such as Franz Marc, August Macke, Alexis Jawlensky and make their own creative response. They might create stories out of paintings they like and perform them, dress up and impersonate characters in them, and create their own expressionist compositions out of familiar surroundings.

ART AROUND THE GARDEN

The studio garden becomes a background against which children project
their own garden fantasies.
The visual elements they create will be put into sound and motion in a
small end of week performance.

CAN YOU FLY?

Children come up with delightful responses using images of flying machines and history of
flight as inspiration. They will develop their ideas through drawings, paintings,
models and storyboards and exhibit them in end of week showcase.

THE ART OF CHAIR

Using history of chair as inspiration children create their own
prototype of a perfect chair. Throughout the week children are led
through a creative process of conceiving, developing and realizing an
idea in 3D through collages, sketches, painting studies, model making
and finally prototype creation.

REMARKABLE ANIMALS

Using the book of the same name as inspiration children imagine and

MY TRANSFORMATION PROJECT

My transformation Project allows children to unleash their imagination by reinventing and transforming their own image through drawing, sculpture, collage, mask making and costume. The goal of the project is to allow each child to celebrate their individuality through art.
